Bloody superb.
I've just started playing bass again after 5 years off (Not really clear why I stopped...) and it's taking a long time to 'get it back'. So, the thought of playing either a fretless OR a multiscale is, well..., off the scale.
Fretless AND multiscale? I think it would mean ANOTHER 5 years off...
Top carve. Done.
Neck shaping. Done.

First coat of vinyl sealer on.
very nice DB, has darkened the timber a bit. so after the sealer presume your fave nitro going on ?
I don't think you've mentioned - is it going to be a 4 string?

Nice! Will these each get a separate ground wire?
You weren't paying attention earlier Pabs.... :D
Page 5 is where the answer is.
Pretty smart way to keep the wiring down DB!
Yeah, ok, you were right, black was the right choice. I declare never to question the Master.
looking the goods DB, so the earth plate does that need to be in contact with the single rail bridge saddles ?
black hardware is a no brainer with the dark grain of the top
The rear mounting screws make contact with the plate :)
wow how clever is that DB, where did you steal that idea from ?
It was all me, Woks.
Alrighty then, time for some Thursday Guitar porn.
That's delicious porn DB.
I'll be in my bunk.
DB, do the pickups of a multiscale only follow the fanning to make it look nicer or is there a functional purpose for it apart from a more mellow treble?
You forgot the picture, Scott!
This is worth watching about re-multiscale basses. Especially as it includes the amazing Nathan King from Frost*
