That is what I used on my neck.
Didn't thin it out but was careful with not applying too much to darken it.
I did use Molotow clear gloss coats over the top which didn't add any yellowing.

Here's the body ready for primer, lots of sanding sealer. It's nice and smooth, kinda a shame I'm going to wreck the paint when I finish it!!!
I enlarged the bridge pickup hole and the control cavity for the tonerider and the bigger cts pots...

Bridge out of rusting pot, washed off, lightly oiled and reassembled. Looks old enough for me, but the grub screws are wrong, should be slots...

The Nocaster gets its name... first try at making my own waterslide decals seems to have worked! The font for the Nocaster is Futura, I had I thought in the iMac not the IBM computer.

Looks pretty close to the Original font.....I couldn't find one that close using Microsoft stuff.
Not too bad a paint job to wreck...
