Yeah i'm going to try my hand at painting this one i'm not really sure where to start with that yet i need to do a bit of research on the process first before i try anything.

Headstock face grain pattern looks good. Would be a shame to hide that.
I wouldn't let the headstock drive the rest of the guitar. It's an OK grain, but nothing special. If you wanted a special face to the headstock, then a sheet of great looking veneer stuck to it would be my choice. Something fairly dark, rather than light. But that's me. Make your own decisions!
Just take your time until you're really sure. Then do it with no regrets. There's always the next kit to try something else out on.

Ps: I also bought a cherry (335 copy) from artist with the same nervous clicking finger. (Factory second discounted one).....Now that guitar is really really really good.

So im doing some pondering over colours and i'm pretty close to choosing one but i have no idea how much i should buy i'm considering using dupli-color in rattle cans they seem to mostly be 150g cans if anyone could give me an idea of how much i should need that would be great also can anyone recommend a sealer to use as well.
