Some pics taken in the garden today.
It was a fun build. My first ever attempt at a solid colour (Gogo Blue) ... and of course the dragons.
Finished with acrylic (seemed more kiddy friendly).
Found some great Grover strap locks - which (I may be wrong) seem to be about 2/3 size of other brands ... and perfect for a 2/3 size guitar.
Finished off with a lovely pale blue and black leather strap.
I loved the way that the solid body comes up so nicely after it gets hit with 2000 grit wet and dry and Meguiars. It's like magic. Will definitely try a solid colour again.

Looks great! Apart from the dragons and the custom logo, you wouldn't be able to tell that it hadn't just been bought from a guitar store.
Young Josh is ridiculously talented and does a great job of this one too, plus he checks one of my all time favorite acoustic players along the way in the poster collection.Quote:
