Pics of the first 2 coats of paint on the body...the camera didn't pick up the metal flake so well, but damn it's looking good...
The waterslide decals for the head stock I ordered from Rothko and Frost online.
Hopefully with a couple more sunny days I can make a little more progress.
The Kelecaster! I love it Kel, I think with the metal flake you'd need to get the light at type right angle or do a macro shot of it. Looks great, I take it the sides and back are going to be a contrasting tone or natural?
The sides and back are going to be the same metallic flake, although I did tape the binding because I think that almost cream color would be a good contrast...I'm looking to go with a tortoise shell pickguard.Quote:
