Well as predicted by Simon it was pretty boring, especially after a coat of Beast What's On black. So it's now had 3 coats of grey primer and will get painted black as per the original plan.

yeah good choice Dedman, painted black will look better, will it be satin or gloss ?
very glossy Wokks, I don't usually polish to a mirror because, well I prefer the slightly aged looked and most of my previous builds have been kinda old-ish styles. But the 2 fenders currently under construction are going to be polished...and polished. ;D

nek minnit Strat neck: dyed a bit darker, headstock cut to shape, front face stained black, fret board dots removed, nut removed.
