Thanks DB, I'll look into that one. Is that going to be OK to wipe down the primer to remove fingerprints, but not remove the primer?

Using a product that isn't going to send me to an earlier grave would be preferable. :)

Best bet there is to wear nitrile gloves when handling the body.
Not really a good idea to put any kind of solvent on paint if you can avoid it.
