There are a lot of details that makes this guitar a great guitar, the finish, the pickups, the hardware, the details at the headstock. If I could vote, I would do it for her XD.

Great colour Stan
Stan...
I'll make a compromise with you...
I'll have that guitar.... and you find a way to be ok with that... :)
Deal?
Jokes aside, that's gorgeous. Im even thinking of doing something pretty much exactly the same. The colour is just Yum... and the finish gloss also yum.
Plus I like the headstock.
And the FCH black... Looks Beefy!
And the back - really nice..
... and so on and so on.
Sorry mate , my sister has it now - was built for her. Besides she is a crack shot with a Glock , if you think you can get it from her, by all means...
Seriously guys thanks for the kind words. There are serveral awesome builds in the making on this forum, and if any of them post here in time , they are all worthy contenders, I'm just glad to have it done and in the comp.
I'll borrow it... for like...a really long time.....
Lol 😀
But like you said... The general quality, creativity and overall great stuff that comes out of the community is awesome. Heck, I'm yet to start my second PB Guitar, but MAN am I looking forward to it - each time I see a build diary, I see new ideas, or guitars (like yours) that I think "Yep - I want one of those"... I entered December's GOTM, and just watched em all come riding in... And with pretty much every one of them changes my opinion of the kind of guitar (some I might not have wanted until I see the creativity of the ones on here).
You're 100% - every single one of these are all awesome - I'd have em all if I could :D So I'll stick with the kits and make em myself.
I told my wife they are basically 3D jigsaw puzzles. She's just happy I'm not annoying her :D
Ok I'll throw my hat in the ring! This is the 'binned guitar' as it spent most of the night in the bin after a disastrous paint job led to what I thought was an incurable case of lumpy solid finish! It took me over 4 hours to get the finish off with a razor blade but I'm now glad I did.
RC4A kit. The pickup mounts and control cavity are laser cut from cast acrylic. Pickups are humbuckers. Wired as a 4004 withsingle tone and volume (I get confused with too many knobs!)
Front is Feast Watson Jarrah and the back the same in Black. About 8 coats of Cabothane Clear poly gloss and hand polished.
I do have a second set of the pickup surrounds cut in 3mm ply if anyone wants them, let me know

Great recovery from the bin and a very sweet looking bass as a result.
And a few more now the sun is out!

Very interesting Andyxlh, it's a great bass with an awesome design, it was worth the 4 hours sanding, the final result it's pretty good, very innovative.
This month is going to be very enjoyable, by the way, the two candidatures are playing very hard.
