Gee, if Fender spent the money they splash out on these "come and see our latest relic crap shows" on R&D, they might just start to build a half decent Guitar again......

Having had a lot of Fenders cross my work bench I have noticed a gradual decline in the overall quality.
The difference between a '70s built and a modern built is quite scary, especially when you consider the price tag on new ones..
But then, as I will go to my grave saying, you cant beat a well crafted hand made instrument. It will always feel nicer and play better than a mass produced CNC made plank with strings......Let the debate begin :p
