Coffee!! That's bloody genius mate, good to see this one back on track Stan.
Now where the hell is that LP you started back when I did the Blacktop? You're mocking us now:-)
I had been reading of all sorts of things used to stain guitars, like Kool Aid.
I like the colour of coffee, and it seemed just right for timber, so I thought I'd give it a try... seems to have worked ok
@kimball, yeah cant wait to fit the hardware to this one
@ bargy, it's still in the works mate. Couldn't help start the Epi fix when I got that, and my sister's axe is the priority now, but the other LP is still ok and I'm finalising the clear then it is read to go together. Bloody work and kids and family and household stuff just get in the way...
I really really like this Stan. Well done.

Thanks PK!
Coffee stain looks amazing Stan! Absolutely inspired bit of work that! Love it.
cheers,
Gav.
That is different, and a great color.
Thanks Gav and Tony!
In regards to tone, would there be a resonantion difference if you used decaf, with no caffiene to stimulate the wood particles. LOL
