I got the vinyl sealer based on the Stew Mac finish guide. Figured I'd need another can of nitro if I used that between the dye and white, or I could use the sealer which the guide recommends.
Makes sense not to use anything that would fill the grain more. I just worried about sanding through the paint and figured I needed something as a buffer, looks like that isn't necessary.
