I can't begin to imaging how strong the chemicals must have been to come up with that monstrosity

More multinecked monstrosity!
Does this count? We have a new Toys R Us which I went for a wander through yesterday. They had this 3/4 strat copy out as a demo. I wonder why the action was so rubbish?

Some great finishing work as well.

What a shitty experience if you got bought that as your first guitar. Couldn't see a price.

I think it has the mumps.
I cannot condone the following heresy, and I'm partial to doublenecks...
The more important question is why?
This thing is a cludge too far, look at the offset on the trapeze and the spacer addition on the right hand leg. 🤢🤮

Spotted in a guitar shop in London. A six necked whatever it is ... Attachment 24098
Hee hee... I approve of the silliness!
Isn't it like putting a Holden and Ford together?
It's like Bill Bailey's one.

No signifiers of its veracity- I personally think it's shopped.
Just had to include this- a screenshot from the video of new Fenders for 2018. From the Mr Potatohead part of the factory... ???

Warmoth are already supplying cross-over Fender parts.

cheers, Mark.
I have no issue with that tele/strat hybrid. I've been wanting something like that for years. In fact most of the 2018 Fenders are vastly better than the 2018 Gibsons that have been teased.
that "Troublemaker Tele" is going straight to the beautiful guitar thread
https://www.gearnews.com/leak-fender...rat-jazz-tele/
After looking through all the pages of this thread, I've come to one conclusion, I'm okay with double-neck guitars, on the other hand multi-necked guitars are just a bit too excessive for my sensibilities, but, if that's what truly floats your boat then more power to you, if it works for you then that's really all that matters.
I have enough trouble when playing a single-necked guitar with six-strings on it, there were some guitars that managed to coax a giggle out of me, the bull-shaped guitar with the output-jack placed in the you-know-what end of said bull is one example of a guitar that elicited a giggle from me, there were also some that made me feel like scratching my head, and some that left me lost for words.
Rickenbacker 4003S/5 direct from the NAMM booth. Goo boy, the pickups...
I actually think the pickups look kind of col... but probably not on the Rick shapes.
So long as we are doing NAMM specials, this popped up on my FB feed this morning.

Just silly really...and ugly. There is a subreddit called ATBGE (Awful Taste, But Good Execution) that most of them would fit in:

Yeah this was just silly. I did have a cackle though.
I think too many people take those multi-neck things too seriously. They are are just a bit of fun and a talking point to get people to the stand at shows.
I rather play a harp than this thing!
You'd need arms like Mr Tickle to play that.

I'm sure this guitar was included in this thread, but I'm not going through 92 pages to find it.
Anyhow, it is real!

Clever repair job.
Saw this sitting in the window of Pan's Music Spot.

I didn't ask about the ukulele.
cheers, Mark.
You gotta see Samantha fish play slide on these oil can guitars!
