Hmmm... I'm ASSUMING you meant to say "Coolum isn't too far from Queensland's capital city Brisbane. You probably need to start using DingoTone instead of lacquer. ;-)
How do you know they're in Coolum? I live in the next town - Peregian Beach.

Dont use those plastic knurled pots in your guitar, they are for amps and you will strip them spinning on your controls, use the proper metal knurled ones.
if you want a 0.022 orange drop, i have plenty here. I am out of short shaft CTS 500k pots right now, they are going in my 12 string, the ones i have left, but i have a few new 500k Gotoh MIJ pots A & B kicking around, which are a good pot in their own right, let me know if they interest you.
Realparts Phone: 07 5641 0466 is a relatively new exchange number here on the Sunshine Coast and gives no clues as to location however north of Maroochy River would not surprise me.
In relation to Aust Post tracking all PBG stuff shows Welshpool not Bayswater where Adam is located which makes me think that Coolum must be the closest major Aust Post Parcel Processing depot for Realparts. Not that much of this matters anyways as they do not have a shopfront and mail order only as per this on the website.....Please Note: Warehouse and Office not open to the public.
I've been checking the postal tracking for my HDN pickups that I've ordered, it hasn't been updated since the 20th of this month so I'm wondering what's been going on since the last 5 or so days, this is what it says for the last update:

Hey Doc, that is pretty standard as it takes 5 days for freight to make it's way East and you end up with a notification update after goods being re-routed through Underwood (suburb of Brisbane) before arriving at a depot on Sunshine Coast. Reckon it would be about the same process heading in to Darwin and with today being a public holiday bet you might be in for an update tomorrow.
Ah rightio, I was thinking that maybe it hadn't been updated because they might have been busy, or the freight might have been delayed by a flooded road, or that the parcel had gotten lost somehow, cheers for that mate.
And yeah I forgot that today was a public holiday, I blame that on my internal calendar being way out of alignment.
Update:
I just got an email notification saying that my new HDN pickups are ready for delivery today, apparently they're at the Winnellie Post Office waiting to be picked up so I might be getting a parcel card in my mailbox sometime today......yay!!!!
For sure, everytime I get a parcel in the post it's like it's Christmas all over again, I'm sure you'll agree, for me the best part of getting a parcel is the moment before you start opening it, that feeling of excitement and anticipation, then you get the feeling of joy when you find out it's something you've been patiently waiting for, I'm usually like a kid in a candy store when it comes to parcels.
Update:
Have just checked my mailbox and there was a parcel card in it for the parcel containing my new Entwistle Zebra HDN pickups, as it's only 2:34pm I'll need to wait till about 4:45pm so I'll be able to pick them up from the Winnellie Post Office this afternoon, I've got a few other things coming in the post, one of them has supposed to have been delivered to the Winnellie Post Office but I am yet to receive a parcel card for it, oh well, a few more days of waiting won't hurt me.
Update:
I have just found out that Real Tone Music stock Bourns Pots with Brass Splined Shafts, at Au$28.00 each they're a bit expensive but they are just too tempting to pass-up, so, I might just buy maybe 4 and if I'm lucky I could be eligible for Realtone's express post, and therefore may get them sooner than if I bought something equivalent from Stewmac, here's a pic of what the Bourns Pots look like, they look pretty rugged:
Note: The pictured Bourns pot is a 500K Audio Taper type with a Brass Splined shaft.

They also stock these 22n (.022uF) Black Candy 630V Paper In Oil Capacitors:

Update:
My new Entwistle Zebra HDN pickups have finally arrived home from the post office, I've checked to see if they will fit my guitar and it looks like they will just drop right into the the guitar with virtually no issues, even the wires on the new pickups look long enough to reach the pickup selector switch so I'm happy with them.
Here's a pic of the two new HDN pickups:

Hi Doc & others. Just had notification on a Realparts delivery copied in below that confirms your theory about being located somewhere near Coolum Beach.
Cheers, Waz
Attachment 8070
Hi Doc, have you checked out PBG 'Upgrades' as they stock these for much less and you could buy 4 plus 0.22 caps for nearly the price of one of those brass splined pots.

Update:
I just got home from picking up a couple of parcels from the Winnellie Post Office, one of the parcels contained a replacement power supply for my Nintendo Wii U ( I bought it because the original one stopped working a few times, it had also had one of the wires chewed by one of my cats), the other parcel contained a couple of new Zero Glide nuts which I had ordered for my LP Studio, I'm going to put the spare one on the Angus SG once I've installed one on the LP, here's a pic of the Zero Glide nuts:

Ah, zero glide nuts. I'm interested to see how these turn out.

I'll make sure I do a good review for all the forum members cause I think these new Zero Glide nuts are going to revolutionize putting nuts on guitar necks, might start a new thread about them, I'm going to order a couple of Strat Zero Glide frets for my soon to be ordered STA-1M kit, stay tuned mate.
Update:
Just encountered a classic example of Murphy's Law,I was just in the process of taking the strings off my LP Studio, so I could install one of the Zero Glide nuts on it, when the high E-String broke as I was loosening it, the strings I had on my LP Studio happened to be the only set of strings I had, what's worse is I have no money to buy any more sets of strings so I'll have to wait till next Tuesday so I can afford to buy some in order to be able to record any demos, I'd use some colourful language now but as this forum is supposed to be family friendly, I'll have to restrain myself.
I'm just in the process of filing down the width of the Zero Glide nut so that it will fit the nut-trench on my LP Studio, I need to take off about 1mm, but it needs to come off the back of the nut material only, not the front, as per the instructions, incidentally, I'm using a file rather than sandpaper, as I'm filing the nut it seems to smell like the nut material is made of bone or some synthetic bone material, maybe even synthetic ivory.
