Agree. I really like that headstock shape and with about 8-10 coats of TO it should look stunning.
No easy way to pop maple neck grain as it is too fine and tight for fillers and stain, inks or dyes can quite often look dull or just plain dirty. As TO ages it does bring out more & more of the neck grain.
