That is one serious looking coffee machine and presume it is at your work and not just your own personal one at home? Presume you must be a Barista too or would need similar skills in order to get a decent cuppa out of that beast.

We have converted our garage into a roastery and chocolate factory. I roast coffee and cocoa beans and my wife make artisan bean-to-bar chocolate. If your going to roast coffee you need a decent machine to brew it on for tasting purposes :-)
