no worries Mike, assume they were pre-drilled look like you ripped open the kit box at work next to the water cooler *(or maybe you have a water cooler at home!
When you do a mock build we will go through the scale length and check it is in the correct location, sure it will be fine.
Don't drill your neck screw holes until you check the string alignment

hahha no worries Big Mike, I reckon a water cooler with whiskey or bourbon and dry for the workshop would be better
