Honestly, that's getting a bit too excessive for relicing for my liking, it almost looks like a caricature.
Maybe it's his ex missus who is driving off in his ute. Just as well the amp has been tied down with ratchet straps otherwise it would end in the dirt too.Quote:

My comment was actually aimed at that first pic in this thread,, the one with the guitar with the neck attached at an odd angle and the pickguard all broken up.
I really dislike relicing, I like to think of it as factory munted
if you want a guitar with 'character' play it, gig it, earn it.
It shouldn't come from sandpaper ,,,,,, sigh.
Hey Bruce, I agree with relic'ing guitars, they should be road worn and gigged to look like that, not sanded
