Capital "P"...rix.....funny though, the two of you. :) :)
I think Ozzbike will sit this part of the forum out for now.
Edit…30th May. Finished number 4 for the month today. Wow.

Hey Ozz - happy for you to put an entry in each month. We're not terribly exclusive :).
Looks amazing and love the finish colour. Congratulations on your build.
Would love to know more about how you finished the guitar.
OK - comp closed. New one open soon.
Good on ya Ozz, I feel the same and won’t be entering any future GOTMs. I have had a couple of wins and that will do. Leave it to the newbies for now.
Judges comments are in - apologies, but have been down with the dreaded man flu... https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/...-2018010413033

You could swim in that finish – nicely done. Like the colour choice and the overall effect of the guitar. Beautifully done!
Great finish, vivid and sharp. Really highlights the quilting. Very good detailing with logo, neck joint and general shine to the whole instrument.
Great colour. Gives the illusion of tropical waters. Definitely eye-catching. Nicely done.
A very eye catching colour, the Quilted top looks like ripples in a shallow pond, very nice.
The fittings are well installed, like the tuners that are slightly turned out. I know the tuners are a little close on the ES-12 and hard to get your fingers on, a good remedy that looks great.
A lot of mods done on this guitar, but I would’ve liked to see a better truss rod cover used instead of the kit one. Well done.

Understated and classy – not what I expected from an IC – but gives it a new feel. I like it! Well done Chris.
7 strings and spalt - 2 of my favorite things. Very subtle finish really lets the veneer show off is figuring. Not a fan of the headstock but it is all about personal taste.
Nicely finished with good smooth gloss on ash. Simple but effective colour scheme.
A nicely turned out guitar, I am a sucker for spalted tops. A nice clean and simple look with the one volume and one selector switch. The black hardware always looks great with the natural timber. The lighter colours used really brings the spalted top to life.
Another nice looking axe, but again it would have looked better, in my opinion, with a better truss rod cover.
Lost points for no head stock logo.

Elegant and classy. Only distraction for me is the sticker that seems to step away from this vibe. Otherwise – one I’d like to test out!
Neat build. Again i like the subtle finish. The black hardware and plate really look good against the plain body. Some nice pickup upgrades and unique wiring option.
Well executed overall, nice warm earth tones.
A nice looking P-bass, the carbon fibre thumb rest is interesting, as I thought it was another pick up.
The bridge looks great, the clean look with no volume or tone knobs is a bit different but pleasing, as it doesn’t conform to tradition and has it’s own identity.
A great job for a first timer with some interesting mods.
Loses points for no headstock logo.
Given we only have three entries and we had two winners last month - we're going with just the winner this month to spice things up... And the winner is

With a finish that you could take a dive in - for someone on the other side of man flu (hopefully), the feel of summer and sitting by an azure sea is appealing!

Fantastic looking guitar, jmax. Congrats.
Well done Jmax.
