Pabs could you cut the shape of the 2 x 1.5mm clear perspex sheets, drill the holes, then hold the 2 sheets together with the screws in the holes then put the bevel on ? not sure if the screw heads will be a problem
I think the screw heads would be an issue. Normally I would just stick them together with double sided tape, but 1.5mm is too brittle. Probably possible with strategically placed clamps and some messing about. I'll do some testing tomorrow.
I'll whip the pups/pots off the stock pickguard, make a cardboard cutout and try and come up with a cool shape.
