Westone had a fair range out "out there' guitars; the Dimension 4, Dynasty, Monark, Terminator and Raider guitars, all with a bass variant, and the Quantum, Rail and Super Headless basses which had no guitar equivalent.
Electra, a sister company to Westone under the Matsumoku banner, also had weirdly shaped guitars such as the Dynasty, Futura, reverse Futura and the Lady.
Aria Pro II had the Urchin and Vee + explorer clones, called the XX and ZZ respectively, and if memory serves, they had a headless guitar as well.
Vantage had the Invader I and II, the FV series Vee and a headless bass plus a craviola style acoustic.
Cool thread - I looked through and didn't see these, apologises if I missed these.

There are more, but they are very close to LP and Strat shapes.
Hey G-Axe, what an amazing effort. Thanks so much.
I was just saying to the team the other day we need to start discontinuing some models, as we have run out of room. Guess we just need a bigger warehouse (and budget).
I see other mebers are adding more, so hopefully this becomes an "exhaustive" list of production guitar models.
Nice work!
Here are the ones I mentioned earlier
