I just did some browsing in Microsoft's App Store and they have a few Logo Creator Apps, one is a free download (Logo Foundry), and another one (The Logo Maker) only costs $3.09 to download, I think I'll download both and see if I can use them to create my logo.
How about your logo is a George W Bush mask (Complete with empty hollow eyes) and underneath the banner
