Mark Hatcher, who I have featured many of his beautiful acoustics in this thread, is getting ready for some shows coming up to show off his style and huge talent. For the first time, he has four different models available for the show, of which 3 are not already sold. I shudder to think of the money sitting in these photos!

I'm a big fan of that look too Dedman
A "Small Jumbo Quilted Maple Josie"? A luthiers oxymoron? Stunning work, whatever the title applied to it. Marvellous stuff, the back of that one in particular looks like polished beaten copper. Wonderful finish.

Oh wow, Dedman, yes it is
OMG where do you guys find these amazing art pieces. Just amazing
the engraved ones are from Zemaitis, I follow them on Instagram, the steam punk one showed up another feed, probably twitter or Instagram.
Gee that steam punk one has some lovely tones about it. I honest can't imagine a most tasteful blend of brass, silver and rich mahogany. The only thing I don't like about it are the random cogs under the knobs and switches. They just don't really fit with the "functional" looking cogs under the scratchplate, and the ornate wave motifs everywhere else.
Still, you know it's eye catching when you look at it fifty times and don't even notice there's a guy holding it.
No idea of the manufacturer or maker, but this is quite sensational...

Sully Guitars' Stardust. One of the nicest new designs I've seen in a while.

Patrick Eggle has resurrected the Shergold name but not entirely sure they have got it right.
I own a 1976 Masquarader and although the new effort nods it head to the body shape it doesn't seem to respect the heritage

Eggle has a reputation to live up to, though. I can understand why he made some of those changes (ie the bridge)
this bass turned up on twitter, can't remember who posted it

Found this on Australian/New Zealand Luthiers Forum, Hand made by someone in Melbourne.
Just stunning.
that is a stunning axe Ricardo !
The Gretsch White Falcon Tom Petersson signature 12string bass. Oh my giddy aunt!
Yours for $15,000...
Had to find some videos of it in action. Sounds very unlike a typical bass with the octaves. Seems like it's strung up with E2-E2-E1, A2-A2-A1, etc. - in which case I'm not really sure I understand the need for the third course. Keeps your bass tech busy, I guess.
Hey BassGuy, G Axe and Fretworn thought youde like to see the 12 string in action...

What a great sound. Add a massive reverb and I'd be noodling for days!
one for the tele napper or not?
TeVee?
Attachment 16862
I quite like the look of the Tele Vee. There is a bit of a "Why?" factor though.
I dunno, I love that bright twang you get from a Tele, but prefer more aggressive, modern styling - while completely acknowledging that Vees and SGs have been around for nearly 60 years too. I also love just how light the SG is. I have a bunch of really heavy guitars and they're just not as practical for standing around all day rehearsing.
As I get older I have to agree with you. Took my V to rehearsal last night and I didn't get the back pain that I got from my LP.
V's sound bright enough with Humbuckers. Reckon it might end up a bit too shrill with that Tele setup.

Variations on a theme and bound to cause dissension in the ranks...
Made by Andrew Guyton for Dr May. I'd take this over the Gibson double neck without hesitation.
Yet another beautiful acoustic from Mark Hatcher. This a Baritone.
