I bought a guitar kit as a birthday gift for my 14 year old grandson. I'm looking forward to building the guitar with him as a bonding experience. He's a lefty so his kit is a lefty version also.
It is nice to know that Forum members are available, should we run into any problems/issues during the build process...

That is such a nice idea - I wish you really well with it. I have a few guitars but the Tele that I built has become really special for me so hopefully this will work out the same for you and your grandson.
I was working on my own but the forum here and doing a video diary helped keep me sane.
