Hi all ! I'm new to this so here goes . I'm building a pbg double neck as my first project! I know I know how hard can it be right ?
Well it turns out to be a real challenge. I've wired it twice now and redone every soldered joint but I'm having no luck bringing it to life ! Has anyone had any experience of this ? Does anyone have any advice ? Thanks in advance.
Chris - what are you having issues with? Are you getting no noise at all - or is one or the other neck / pup not working? Any more details and we can happily help.
Other thing would be some photos of the wiring - closeups showing the back of the plates - there's a couple of guys here that can pick an issue pretty quickly.

Hi here are some pics of my guitar and wiring.
I'm fairly happy with the way it looks ( apart from the burns I did by accident with the soldering iron) but when I attach my amp I'm not getting any noise when I tap the pickups I have redone nearly all of the wiring
With new solder . I had to extend one of the pickup wires as they weren't long enough as the pickup selector switches are by the necks on this guitar. Hence the shrink tube .
Can anyone see anything obvious that I'm missing? Thanks Chris.
Ok how do we attach pictures?
Images need to be <1500 pixels on their longest side. If you hit the Go Advanced button (below and to the right of here) - it will bring up a screen where you can add images.
Resizing images - couple of ways - I use a program called Irfanview and use the resize feature in there.

Sometimes the solder-lugs on the pots can go a bit loose if too much heat from the soldering iron is applied for too long when soldering connections, this can cause the output to go a bit intermittent (cuts in and out randomly), had that happen to me a few times in the past.
