Spraying water-based poly

Anyone applied water-based poly with a HVLP gravity gun?

I'm curious about nozzle size, thinning ratio and air pressure.
The product I'm interested in is Intergrain Ultraclear Interior Gloss (Dulux) so any first hand experience would be great.
I had an online chat with someone from Dulux, but they weren't that helpful when it came to spray application.

What I *have* been able to glean from the interwebs, is: 10-20% thinning and a medium size nozzle (1.5mm+/-).

Any affirmation or argument for these numbers? From my very limited experience, they make sense, and I'd guess 25-30 PSI inlet pressure.
