TL and ST neck pocket

Hey all,

I'm eyeing off the various baritone necks that are available, and considering a scratch-built body to accompany one. Do the heels on a ST and TL necks match up to a "standard" Strat or Tele neck pocket? Because routing templates are readily available for Fender necks, it potentially makes my life easier to buy one rather than using a method like this. Just wondering if anyone has tried slotting a standard Fender neck into a Pitbull body, or vice versa?

FWIW I've put a Pitbull TL neck on a Squier body with no problem.

I put a Pitbull ST neck on a 'no name' Strat copy with no problem.

I guess it's down to if you feel lucky.
