So the title says it all. I've tried a search here on the forum but can't find much on any of this stuff. I'm hoping someone might have experienced any of this stuff out maybe remembers seeing it fixes for these issues?

How bad is the Radius issue Derek?
Radius is lower on the treble side at the heel by about 2mm. The neck at the heel is smaller by a few mm on the treble side as well. Ive truly about how to chock to make it even somehow but I don't own a plunge router or rotary tool.... Yet. Lol.

I guess it works to create a slightly squashed concertina file effect on the treble side

Is the heel underside actually square? If it is and you try to compensate by shaving off the bass side of the heel then that may impart an angle to the sides of the heel making it impossible to fit flat in its pocket.
I’ve corrected this sort of thing before, but it involved either stripping frets to re radius, or stripping the board and replacing it. If your neck heel is also suspect then it adds a separate issue.
when you fit it, does the head stock sit square relative to the neck and the body?
If it is that bad, contact Adam for a replacement.
What type of guitar is it?
Gtl-1. On another inspection, I can see the overall heel sits reasonably flush inside the pocket but with around a mm of space in the treble side. At the headstock, the bass side is 9 mm from the table and at the treble side it's about 11.5mm. I'm not sure if this would be grounds for a replacement? If I get time tonight I'll post some pics.
