Stories like that renew my always flagging faith in human nature.
The bad gets so much more air mileage than the good. It’s so much easier to see the worst in the world and too easy to forget the good people that do great things.
There's far more good in the world than we're shown for the most part. :)
Mainstream media seem to love the more sensational doom & gloom stories thinking it will attract a broader audience and as a result I no longer watch much free to air tv news anymore. At least online you can see a headline, filter the content, and make a decision whether to delve a bit deeper into that particular story or topic.Quote:
