Update:
Just finished downloading my copy of Reason 10, the fun bit is about to begin.....woohoo!!!
Well, installation of Reason 10 on Windows 10 went relatively painlessly, I just had to wait till it finished installing extra content and then I tried playing back a couple of demo songs, seems to run fine on my desktop PC which is running Windows 10 64Bit, sounds really good.

Here's a couple of screenshots of Reason 10 running on my studio PC which is running Windows 10 64Bit, as you can see, it's running with no problems:
