Hi All!
After a few months of lurking on this forum I joined, leading up to ordering my first kit.
I have been playing guitar for 16 years, mostly on, very infrequently off. My main outlet of playing is in church services, and occasionally on open mic/jam nights (if you live/drop by Adelaide, Thursday night blues jam at the gov is worth a visit).
I play a MIM Strat (Debbie), an Ibanez Artcore AF-85 (Elijah), A Maton SRC70 (currently unnamed) and A MIM Fender P-Bass. I play just about anything and currently teaching myself Jazz.
My first project is likely to be a tele thinline - which I hope to have functionality covering both the Strat and Artcore. This will mean I will need to invest sometime into wiring trickery. I am not concerned, my soldering skills are up to scratch.
I admire the level of attention to detail of people on this forum, and I hope to learn lots from you.

Welcome along David - what sort of kit did you order? Looking at your other post - looks like a tele?

Tele :) For some reason, I always thought Teles was the most aesthetically pleasing before I got my first strat copy. Then I became a through and through strat player... Guess this makes it full circle.
Also, I haven't ordered it yet :/ The TL-1TB kit won't arrive until mid november, anyway.
