Greeting from Greece
Hello to all,
I'm new to the forums, but I've known about Pitbull guitars for almost half a year. I've been wanting to build a guitar for a long time but have no formal luthier training.
I am a professional woodworker and build things year round for family, friends and customers. Among many of the things I have built are several model guitars, meaning that they don't play, they just look like the real thing.
I play guitar, albeit not very well, I'm more into piano. I recently purchased the ST-1 kit to try my hand at building one of these. So far it's going very well, and I am very very pleased with how high quality the items are for the price.
I am looking forward to post finished pictures of my guitar and probably even some videos on my youtube channel which I just recently started and hope to expand upon with time.
Many greetings and looking forward to seeing everyone's great work. Stay  Stay Creative!

Hi Michael, and welcome to the forum! I hope you enjoy building the kit.
I'm sure after that you'll be tempted to do a scratch-build - or at least build your own body, even if you use a ready-made neck. It really helps if you do a build diary here, as although most of it is straightforward, there are often a few parts that can catch people out.

I really should have done that Simon, a build diary in pictures that is. But I have been filming the whole thing from top to bottom and plan to upload it.
The fact of the matter is that I am building the guitar for a friend/client and he asking quite an ambitious thing of me, so it should be interesting to see how it turns out.
I'll be sure to put a link to my build videos along with some finished pictures in the gallery or where we are supposed to post that kind of thing.
Being that I am a professional woodworker, I have little time for hobbies, but making my own guitar from scratch has always been something I wanted to do, we'll see what time allows.
Thanks for the reply.
