Having just complete my first lefty explorer and and it turn out so good that I custom ordered a new body and neck in mahogany:)
I am impressed by the quality and since the selection is not so impressive in lefty world of Explorer this is a great option.
As you seen on the picture it's a metal axe and I use Dimarzio super distortin in bridge and Bill Lawerence blues in neck.

For the next Explorer I think i'm going for a more classic look.

At this rate we may need to start an Explorer Owners page on this forum as there are more of them being built lately.
