Button on end of page to go back to the forum index

Still rather new here but I wonder why there is no button at the end of a page to go back to the forum index?

Now, when I have read all the posts in a topic, I have to scroll my way back to the top to click on the button to see of all the subforums again.

Or am I missing something?

There is a 'top' button at the very bottom right of the page. If you use that, then it saves all the scrolling. Not a full solution, but less effort.

I have seen that 'top' button but that only brings me up on that page, not back to the forum index.

I am administrator on a phpbb based forum and there is, by standard, a button that brings you back to the forum index.

But this forum is based on vBulletin and I do not know if there is such an option to implement.

Even better would be to also have path at the bottom, so you can step back as far as you want without having to return to the top first. Such as for this page:

Forum > Pit Bull Guitars > Feedback > Button on end of page to go back to the forum index > Top

Ideally, just just below the Previous/Next Thread links.

That would be a nice solution indeed :)
