Hi all,
My name is Nick, and I have just purchased a flying V to work on. I am absolutely pumped. This is all new to me, but I'm looking forward to it!
The Flying V looks great out of the box - but I'm doing a complete overhaul - S.D invaders, new pots etc... I'm going for gloss white finish, with some artwork on the body.
I look forward to pestering you all with questions!

Welcome along Nick - great to have you on board! Don't be afraid to ask questions - especially newbie ones - we've all been there and can all learn from the multitude of great minds on the forum. If you do have questions - photos can really help, so don't be afraid to add a pickie or two.
Thanks for the welcome guys, it seems like a very helpful community here. Tweaky, I chose this kit because I wouldn't buy a flying V normally, if that makes sense. I own a Les Paul and an SG (both Gibson) and a couple of PRS and for me, the flying V is way out there in terms of body shape. I have always wanted a V, but when it came down to it, I always chose a more 'standard' style. Although, I am very happy with this kit - what a beautiful guitar!
I thought that they only came in black with white spots😁. Welcome along. I'm having a ball, I'm sure you will too!
