Fret board prep?

I think my fretboard will be more comfortable if I round off the edges. I find quite a bit on the forum finishing/prepping frets, but not much on prepping the fretboard itself. Any threads, links, youtubes or just plain advice I should take a look at? Thanks!

I just give the edges a light sanding with 320 through to 800 grit.
No need to go overboard, just knock the sharp edge off and it will make the world of difference.
