Es2v help needed
Hi All
Building a ES2V electric and was saved by the plastic tubing but have two questions. How do I earth to bridge? I have put both posts in and did note note a hole for wire access, is there one and if not how do I earth it. Second question is the timber saddle glued in place or just held by string pressure. Thanks for any advice Cheers Stu

Hey Stu, there should be a hole into the post hole. If not, you will need to drill one back to the cavity.
The bridge Is a floater so dont glue it.
Work out the scale length and then place a piece of sand paper grit side up on the body and sand the base of the bridge until it mirrors the contour of the body.

Are you using the trapeze tailpiece? If you don't want to remove your bridge posts you can drill a small hole near the trapeze tailpiece mount (the end strap peg) into the cavity and then earth to the back of the trapeze when it is installed.
cheers,
Gav.
