I find that 10 posts per page is a bit limited. No big deal to just hit the next page button, but 20 or 25 would make it easier when you're trying to trawl back through to find a particular post.

you can set that yourself
Forum Actions -> general settings
bit over halfway down the page is "Number of Posts to Show Per Page:"
