Any possibility of getting some acoustic guitar kits?
Nope, look at the Stewmac kits and read the instructions.... You will understand why! I'd love an acoustic kit too if possible, but the time, cost and complexity rule them out unfortunately....
Cost and complexity rule it out for who?
Are you speaking on behalf of Pitbull or on behalf of guitar builders world wide?
After having a closer look at some of the kits, it looks like that for the majority of the kits the really awkward and tool intensive tasks like shaping the sides is already done.
Now, don't get me wrong I am not saying it would be easy.
However, isn't that the point?
A bit of a stretch for mind and body? Test and improve one's skills, and all that.

You will need to invest in the tools they reccomend though.... LOTS of clamps!
I agree, I've seen how many specialised tools Gavmiester has to build acoustics and they are a whole new world compared to electrics !
Barron Clarke in Canberra does acoustic kits, no idea about the quality but I've chatted to him in the past and he was quite approachable and honest about my enquiries which weren't a good fit in his product line.
