Is anyone else getting this error on the message board. I've been getting it both at work regularly and at home over the last few sites when trying to navigate between threads, but only with this message board..

same here, the Pitbull server has always been very laggy compared to other sites
Yep, been getting slower and slower over the past two weeks and constant "Bad gateway" errors throughout this week. Things seemed to deteriorate after the code update/reversion that happened a few weeks ago, and then there was a sudden surge in forum membership over a couple of days from 700+ to almost 1000. While it would be nice if it was actual growth in forum membership the format of the account names suggested that the anti-spam account creation measures are no longer entirely successful.
Strangely, some image heavy threads now also seem to crash my old iPad's browser pretty frequently too, again over the past couple of weeks, and something that only happens on this site.
Yhep... slow as a wet chook on my PC and Ithing :(

Hey guys, yes, we're having huge problems with the site. There's lots of issues, but mainly we're getting too big and exceeding the capacity of our software and servers.
We are working on it and hopefully will have it resolved soon.
So, I'm afraid we all have to put up with dropouts and timeouts for a few more days.
Sorry about a the downtime over the last few days. We finally found and fixed the issue and the site should be stable again.
all good Ads, website and forum seem to be working ok now
