Hi all, been lurking around the site for a few months now so thought i should be neighbourly.
I have played guitar for years and wanted to try my hand at building one, and have just received my TL-1 kit last week. have to say i'm pretty impressed with the quality of the parts, can't wait to build it and hear how it sounds!
Going to keep it fairly standard except for the headstock which I want to do a strat shape, not sure on colour yet but leaning toward 2-tone sunburst, depends how confident i feel with the painting.
Will post some pics when my kids show me how.
