I think the recommendation is to create an imgur account (https://imgur.com/)
Once you do that, click "new post" on Imgur's website, drag and drop the photo you want to upload. After the image uploads, scroll over the image and a three dot icon should appear over the photo. click on the three dots - get share link - and copy the link titled "BBCode (Forums)"
