Good afternoon (or whatever time it is around your parts!),

I am a new builder but excited to become part of this community. I just got my kit, a custom left-handed Trini Lopez style, and cannot wait to get started. I've been wanting to build something forever. Just ordered some gold paint from StewMac and am in the process of ordering upgraded hardware.

Speaking of - I already have my first question if someone can answer: I want to install an ABR-1 tuneomatic bridge with a matching stop piece on this build instead of the trapeze tailpiece. Has anyone done this successfully? I'm a little worried about having the necessary clearance to install the posts for the stop piece.
