Purdy and HEAVY!
Let's see how this works out. Getting back in the swing of things. Couple curve balls in life. Now I have lots of projects to finish.
This is from a fella in California. Every bit of 6.5 to 7 lbs. Two piece ash. About 1.775 inches thick. Cheers! [emoji482]Attachment 42807Attachment 42808Attachment 42809

Welcome back! That's a nice body, liking the string through.
Would you have a link to this fellows site?

I like the body shape, but with neck, pickups & hardware, I reckon that's going to come in around 10 lbs! (4.5+ kg)
That would be way too heavy for this old man! :p I'd have to consider planing off the thickness a bit.

It does seem a tad on the heavy side, says he that built a Baritone that tips the scales at around 5 kg. (Eurobeech, wonderful to work, very even and consistent, heavy as all get out) ;)

I don't have a link, but he is on Facebook. It's called Rosser-guitars. [emoji106]

Nice. The edge route gives me lots of ideas.
