Neck joint!

How do I fix this? The neck fit on the sides is fine. The bottom of the pocket is terribly rough. There's a .05 inch gap at the bottom of the pocket (photo). Big gaps on the sides by the binding. I can rock the neck in the pocket, and right in the middle is about the neck angle needed for a good height on the bridge. Seems to be the neck. Get some advice from service they are very good
