A little Strat for the grandie

3/4 strat

Coloured Vintage Amber(Stew Mac). Last time I used a StewMac colour(Sorry DingoI went with what I know) I put it on neat.... MMMM not how it's done. Correct mix is about 8ml to 150ml of Water, or Metho. Water base is easier to control as the Metho evaporates to quick

I'm working towards a Desert burst, using minimal colour in the middle front and back, and working out to the edge.

Finish will be done in either Boiled Linseed or Tung oil over the top. Linseed will dry quicker than Tung, but Tung gives a better sheen. :)
