Approaching the neck gluing stage on my RC-4.
Too little glue it will not be strong enough.
Any guidance of how much glue and the method to employ.
Currently my view is:
I will have about 3-4 top coats on neck and body (that should make any glue easier to get off).
Going to mask around the neck area of the body with low tack tape (glue overspills onto tape not body)
Apply glue to body and a little around the middle of the sides of the neck (back fills if required as pressed in).
No idea of how much glue to apply of how much pressure to apply on clamp whilst drying.
Seen horror story of neck parting between the lower edge of the neck and body due to distortion at this very thin part of the body.
