2 New Forum Exclusives

Haven't done a Forum Special for a while, it's been kinda busy moving into the warehouse.

We're settled in now and I got a chance to sort through the "get to it one day" pile today.

I found a couple of nice kits, all in good condition and all complete, that I though you Forum regulars might like.

Both are Custom Orders that weren't quite what the customer wanted. The TL kit should have had a rosewood fretboard and the RCA kit was supposed to be a 5 string.

Check them out, they are both good value, considering the factory charges me more to make custom kits.

Was almost tempted by the Tele, but I really want a Strat. Don't suppose one of those is coming up on special anytime soon???

interesting looking tele. Looks like the explorer neck has a square edge heel so should fit in the pocket ok. There are no pickups in the photo and the bridge plate is for a angled tele single coil pup but both pup routes are for humbuckers. You could always get a tele humbucker conversion bridge for it.
The rikky bass looks good too, only thing missing are the shark tooth inlays look so much better than dot markers

That Tele has caught my eye Woks, perfect for some Tonerider Rocksongs? ;) Need to crunch some numbers...

yeah for sure Ponch, Rocksongs would go great in that axe. I've seen tele bridge plates chopped down so you can put the humbucker surround next to it. Have to order all gold hardware. Otherwise presume you can get a tele bridge plate with a square (not angled) humbucker mount would be better
