worth a try Bundy, otherwise have a look on ebay you can probably pick one up for about $20 plus postage

or you could get the pickguard, knobs, covers for $12.34 including postage and replace the pickups/pots/switch

Can I ask why do you want it loaded? It's easy enough to swap the pickups and controls over from the old guitar to a new pickguard. If you buy a loaded one, unless the seller is clear about what pickups and pots it comes with, the hardware might end up being very similar to what you already have. No point changing them unless you plan to upgrade, and then you need to let people know what you've already got.

And it's always best to confirm what Strat pickguard layout you are after - SSS, HSS, HSH, HH etc.

Yep wot Simon said. Ads has a few of these pickup configurations in the shop, or you can find every other conceivable pickup configuration on Aliexpress in black pearl if you are able to just swap the components over.

cheers,
Gav.

That opens up lots of options however most budget priced loaded plates have very average to low end components. All depends on your budget and how much you are prepared to spend and whether replacement pickup covers match the overall colour scheme.

Budget end upgrades probably start with Wilkinson & Entwistle which are OK but for not too much more Toneriders are the answer to achieving better sounds and therefore don't need to waste more money chasing other well know brands that have been around for years.

Last week I received one from these people.
I couldn't be happier with the quality and new tone.
