Ok so she's back from the guitar tech and SHE IS AMAZING  my friend asked me to describe it to him and th eonly thing i could think of was "it's like making love to a slightly heavier woman, you gotta work for it but the rewards are great." lol :p.

I love the beefy tone of the heavy top skinny bottom strings but i absolutely HATE the feel of the cobalt strings I'm driving to the guitar store and buying the same gauge normal nickel wound strings as soon as i'm done typing this.

Sorry for small mistakes i'm still getting used to the string gauge but i love the tone it provides. Thopugh i'm sure the SD pups have something to do with that as well :p

sounds great Joe, cool demo and a good mix of classic riffs, had to have the mandatory Seek and Destroy !

Those Seymour Duncans have a nice growl. Have you put a bone nut on ?

No i did have the nut adjusted, he ended up taking it off and filing it down from the bottom instead of filing down the slots or they would have been too deep. He did have to widen them to accomodate the girth of my rough and manly string gauge [emoji41].

Would it affect tone?

These riffs will be played live using this guitar at a musical quiz my father in law is hosting, ppl are supposed to guess title and band/singer if you couldnt guess the first that's because its a song by an old belgian band [emoji14]
