Yes woks it's a studio. With way too many toys. We are just on the move so have to start over hence the articles lol

Lol it's an area called Burns Beach. I should still be able to hear DB swearing as he receives the Bunnings catalogue

haha good one KB, that's a long distance to move ! Actually you will be close to Gavmiesters mega man cave he's up that way, and there is a Bunnings Warehouse on Marmion Ave close by so all good.
It's not just Bunnings cattledogs that make DB swear !
